How to delete a contact who is already blocked on WhatsApp
Before we get to the heart of the tutorial, let’s explain how to delete a blocked contact on WhatsApp, there is some preliminary information about this that it is my duty to give you.
Let’s start with a fixed point: deleting a contact that is blocked in WhatsApp, so that it no longer appears in the application’s contact list, also means deleting it from the mobile phone book.
By doing this, the respective contact remains blocked and the relative phone number (no name, because it is no longer in the address book) is still visible in the WhatsApp section where you can see the list of blocked users.
Removing a name or numbering from the above list involves only that of launching the contact. By unblocking, the respective contact gains the right to contact the person who has blocked them on WhatsApp, and see their status and last access (unless otherwise specified in the application settings, as I also explained in a guide on how to block someone on WhatsApp).
How to delete a contact who is already blocked on WhatsApp

Android
Let’s get started, let’s find out how to delete a blocked contact in WhatsApp for Android. So, grab your phone, open it up, go to the home screen or drawer and select the whatsapp icon file (the one with the green speech bubble and the white earphone).
After you have seen the main screen of the application, select the Chat tab which is at the top and touch a conversation with the blocked contact you are interested in acting on. If necessary, it can help you to find it through the search field at the top, typing the name of the blocked contact inside. Then press the first name located at the top, then on the button with i three dots vertically and select the option See in address book in the menu that appears.
After completing the above steps, the contact card that interests you will open in the Android Address / Contacts book app. So, press the button to open the menu (usually the three-dot file located at the top of the screen) and select the item Transfer from the last batch. Then confirm your intentions by clicking on the transfer wording that you find in the box that appears, and that’s it.
As an alternative to what I just mentioned, you can go to work directly from the application Address / Contacts Book, without having to use WhatsApp first. To do this, touch the application icon (usually the phone book file ) located on the main screen or in the tray, select the file upload rules in relation to what you want to intervene and press the item Details. If necessary, it can help you to find it through the search field located at the top, typing the name of the contact inside.

In the application screen that now appears to you, if you want to delete an existing contact that has already been blocked in WhatsApp, select the relative conversation from the chat card placed at the bottom. A blocked WhatsApp contact can also be deleted from Pc but as I told you, there are some limitations in this case.
More precisely, being the WhatsApp client for Windows / macOS and WhatsApp Network are among the “duplicates” of the application installed on the smartphone, some operations, such as deleting contacts, must be performed on the mobile phone.

After you have seen the main screen of the application, select the tab Configurations, by touching the appropriate text located in the lower left, then select the items Account, Intimidad es Locked.

Now let’s see how to unblock WhatsApp contact by going to work from Pc. First, start the Whatsapp application file on your computer or connected to the Whatsapp web. When you see the WhatsApp screen on your computer, click on the i icon three dots vertically (on Windows and WhatsApp WeB) or which has the down arrow (on macOS) located in the top left, select the item Configurations in the menu that appears and then the wording is locked.
